E0108 Leaf from an Italian missal
Title
E0108 Leaf from an Italian missal
Subject
Missal
Description
Leaves from this mass-book, while in some ways very ordinary, are easy to spot because of the unusual amount of friction they all show; the manuscript was clearly in regular use for many years before being dismembered. Six other leaves are known to exist, now owned by Boston University, the Cleveland Public Library, the Phoenix Public Library, Randolph College, Hollins University, and the University of Utah. The texts are from Zechariah and Daniel.
