Title from cover. "Slips into letterpress printed sleeve which is then laid in wooden box that matches boards. Printed on a Vandercook SP15 from photoengraved plates. The hand-sewn binding is based on palm leaf book structures found throughout Central and Southern Asia which date from ca. 450 A.D." - from website. Artwork created by Jennifer Kennard. A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of this book are donated to a local food bank. Accordian-folded; in wooden box (6 x 24 x 4 cm.).
